There is a big enough difference in performance of Samsung 960 Evo vs 850 Evo, but whether you would ever notice that differences are according to what you do with your PC. Actually, 960 Evo might shave a few seconds off load times versus 850 Evo but that is all. However, Samsung 850 Evo is a better drive for the money which is affordable especially if you tight on budget or you are a gamer.
