Performance and Features
Both Kingston HyperX Predator and Samsung SM951 are based on the MLC NAND technology to deliver exceptional performance levels. However, Kingston HyperX Predator ‘only’ has up to 1400 MBps read speed and 1000 MBps write speed. While those are astonishing numbers already, Samsung SM951 boasts significantly higher speeds. Featuring a 256 MB LPDDR2 DRAM buffer memory, Samsung SM951 is able to deliver up to 2150 MBps read speed and 1500 MBps write speed. It is indeed much more powerful. It can handle huge loads of data and files quickly and effortlessly. In addition, Samsung SM951 also has better reliability than Kingston HyperX Predator. Samsung SM951 comes with 1,500,000 hours MTBF, whereas Kingston HyperX Predator comes with 1,000,000 hours MTBF. Samsung SM951 comes with APM and L1.2 Power Saving Mode, End-to-End Data Protection, TRIM Command Support, RoHS Compliance, and Halogen-Free Compliance.

If it is compatible with your computer, then you should choose Samsung SM951. It has much better performance. Otherwise, if you can benefit from the HHHL adapter, you may choose Kingston HyperX Predator instead.
