The MX100 is one of the latest and cheapest16nm SSD in the market to date. It is faster in write and read speed and much more reliable in terms of server performance than its counterpart the M500. It is however slightly more expensive as compared to the MX500 that is closest to it in terms of storage capacity. For instance MX100 256 GB costs approximately $5 more than M500 240GB. Conclusion
Considering reliability in performance and best value for money, the crucial MX 100 carries the day. It is a better option to for, for a faster and better gaming experience and speed of handling various applications. Furthermore, the slight difference in price is quite negligible considering that the MX 100 has 16 GB more of storage capacity as in the above example.
